Sangeeta Pilger is a highly qualified, experienced and accredited Workplace Mediator, Executive Coach and Facilitator. brings over 30 years of government and private sector experience and is highly regarded for her ability to resolve conflict, enhance interpersonal effectiveness, ask focussed questions, challenge thinking and achieve outcomes.
Sangeeta’s specialty is workplace effectiveness and she adept in helping individuals and teams resolve conflict through: enhancing awareness; challenging assumptions; harnessing strengths; improving understanding of styles; and helping individuals and teams express feelings constructively while addressing substantive issues. Tact, sensitivity and problem solving are key in achieving this and Sangeeta ensures that all sides in the dispute are given the chance to share their view and then find new ways of operating that are sustainable. Her approachable style and presence also ensures rapport, safety and trust.
Sangeeta is skilled in helping people engage with productive one-to-one and team meetings and is a trained observational coach who can provide in-situ support by engaging in meetings in real-time as an observer. This is often utilised following mediation or coaching to productively support new ways of interacting to become a habit.
She is highly skilled in facilitating training in conflict resolution, difficult conversations, coaching and mentoring, emotional intelligence, leader as coach, career coaching and time management. She is also very experienced and accredited in range of tools such as HBDI and the Reach Quotient to improve understanding of how people’s styles impact behaviour and what people can do instead.
Sangeeta is an internationally accredited coach with the International Coach Federation and brings over 1300 hours of one-to-one and group/team coaching and has been a workplace mediator since 2016. A highlight of her time working in government was the implementation of a coaching culture, a program recognised by an AHRI Award for People Management Initiative of the Year. She has also co-authored the recent Amazon No1 Best Seller ‘In The Moment Coaching For Leaders: Quick and effective Strategies to Inspire, Connect and Excel.’
