BIOGRAPHY: Susie Rayner, Melbourne VIC

Susie dedicates her time to her professional mediation practice offering Family Dispute Resolution and Workplace mediations.

She is considered a leader in the field of conflict resolution and she is an advocate for assisting parties to sort out their differences, and if possible, avoid family court.

Susie conducts mediations face to face, via video conferencing or phone. Spanning over 20 years, Susie has had a career in the administration arena where she has held various roles. Her experience and skills have included dispute resolution, area management and team leadership.

She is also Family Conflict specialist, coaching individuals to deal with separation and divorce in a way that allows them to be accountable for their actions and to focus on the best interests of their children. Since becoming a New Ways for Families coach, Susie has been able to help families as they transition into a new way of living and teaching parents how to effectively co-parent.

Susie advocates for people to live their best life – Assisting people to move on from the conflict and associated stressors. Susie believes in the process and success of mediation, and also offers people individual conflict coaching.

Susie is an International Co-Author and the Program Manager for New Ways for Life. Collaborating with the High Conflict Institute (USA) to teach invaluable life skills to young people.

Susie is also a member of the Mediation Institute and Interact Support not-for-profit organisation, offering low cost support and mediation to families that are affected by separation, divorce and family violence.
