In these terms “we”, “us” and “Emverio” mean those companies.

The website gives general information about our workplace mediation, investigation and complaint-handling services, lets you request a quote or a mediation, and provides free resources. There are no user accounts and no payments are taken through the site.
Submitting a request through the website is an enquiry, not a booking. Our services are provided only once we have confirmed the engagement in writing, usually by a quote or engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees, cancellation terms and confidentiality arrangements for that matter. If anything in those documents is different from these terms, the engagement documents apply.
