An experienced business consultant with skills and qualifications in dispute resolution (NMAS Accredited Mediator), Change Management, Economics and Law.
Eddie works with people to identify, understand and resolve issues impacting their businesses saving them time, money and a great deal of stress compared to more adversarial processes traditionally employed.
Eddie has over 30 years business experience as a business owner and working with other business owners to facilitate adaption to change and challenges.
He helps owners avoid turning on each other and instead
work with each other to solve problems when the equilibrium of their business is disrupted.
