Nick is an experienced industrial relations practitioner, having worked for over 20 years in senior roles for both employers and unions. Nick has extensive experience in addressing and resolving conflict in the workplace as well as representing parties at Fair Work Commission.
Nick has worked in both private and public sector environments including aged care, early childhood, tertiary sector, primary and secondary schools, police and a variety of workplaces across the Victorian Public Service.
Nick understands that workplace relationships must endure the workplace dispute. With this in mind Nick applies a professional, pragmatic and ethical approach to both identifying the causes of conflict and then working with the parties to reach mutually agreed outcomes.
Nick is an accredited mediator and has a Master of Work and Employment Relations (Monash University). He is available to provide mediation as well as advice and support in managing workplace conflict. Nick is also available to provide training regarding how to address and manage workplace conflict in your workplace.
