Venita Dimos

Venita is an experienced lawyer and the Founder and Director of The Mediation Company Pty Ltd, a company which offers Mediation services to help disputing parties resolve their conflict out of court.

Venita is also a trained Conflict Coach, specialising in teaching individuals how to manage conflict in all areas of their personal, family and work lives.

Venita has been a lawyer since 1994. She has had extensive experience in the legal industry, holding senior Corporate Lawyer positions in major Australian banking and financial institutions such as ANZ and Aviva Australia. Her experience and skills have included negotiating and drafting major commercial and IT contracts, advising on areas of banking and finance, dispute resolution, superannuation, privacy laws, insurance products and investments.

Venita has also worked in private practice, including with multinational law firm Baker & McKenzie, specialising in project and structured finance in the fields of power, natural resources and telecommunications, electronic commerce and developing financial products for lenders.
