Steven Cross

Based on the Gold Coast, with easy access to areas from Ballina to Noosa and west to Toowoomba, Steven is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Steven is also a member of the Mediation Institute (RMAB).

Steven has significant experience in workplace negotiations and mediation from both from the employer and the employee’s perspective. Steven brings to the mediation an understanding of the need for a workplace to have a strong workforce with clear policies and procedures to ensure productivity and protect the business, as well as the need for the employee to have a safe work environment free from the stress of conflict.

With workplace management roles within Government, Retail, Food and Hospitality Steven brings a level of understanding of a business needs in regard to Local, State and Federal laws and legislative requirements, Human Services needs such as recruitment and training of staff as well performance concerns.

With many years of leading staff and as a Union Delegate, Steven also brings a good understanding of employee’s needs and concerns, including family and work/life balance, health concerns and ongoing workplace concerns.
